Trophies from the Trenches – Earned Excellence
The ICF Builder Awards are ICF Builder Magazine’s annual Project of the Year competition, honoring standout insulated concrete form projects. Builders submit completed ICF builds judged across residential, commercial, specialty, and related categories. Each category includes a People’s Choice Award selected by public voting. Winners are announced each January at the World of Concrete expo.

2023 - The Condor Infinity Edge Pool
Built with Fox Blocks ICFs, the Condor Infinity-Edge Pool is a three-sided, resort-style showpiece formed in a single concrete monopour. A clear 90-foot acrylic wall lets colored LED lighting wash through the pool’s edge for dramatic nighttime effects. The structure uses an ICF wet-edge spillover to achieve a true infinity-edge look.

2024 - The Shaw Hollow Infinity Edge Pool
Built with Fox Blocks ICFs — the pool was created with a single concrete pour with three-sided infinity edge, an EcoFinish that turns the pool into a mirror, underground equipment room that gives structural support, stone and woodwork blends into the surroundings, and an Hydrolux autocover giving premier insulation to the swimming pool.

2024 - The Bama Breeze
The beach pool features a unique ICF monopour structure, the first of its kind, constructed using Nudura One Series ICFs. The pool demonstrates a cost effective build solution in a high-risk environment, and opened a new market for ICF swimming pools. We pioneered a new method for bracing and framing an ICF pool that 100% sits above ground. Finished with Renolit Touch PVC membrane.
