Aaron King, CEO/Founder
The hands-on pioneer. With a finance degree in real estate from Missouri State University, Aaron has built more than 100 ICF pools across the Midwest and Gulf Coast since first working with ICF in 2013–2014. He is the driving force behind monopour ICF pool construction, with signature projects including the Condor Infinity Edge Pool, Shaw Hollow Infinity-Edge Pool, and Dauphin Island Beach Pool. His work has earned multiple top honors from ICF Builder Magazine and the People’s Choice Award at World of Concrete. Follow his builds on our ICF Guru YouTube channel.
Eric Snell, Engineer/Founder
The systems innovator. A graduate of the Raikes School of Computer Science and Management, Eric brings deep expertise in computer science, engineering, and applied mathematics. From architecting high-performance software systems and deploying high-speed trading algorithms on Wall Street to building precise financial models for private-equity real estate, he designs systems that are robust, efficient, and repeatable at scale.
Patrick Quigley, CFO/Founder
The strategic powerhouse. With 25 years in financial due diligence, valuation, corporate finance, M&A, and public-private partnerships, Patrick has co-founded real estate firms, led Opportunity Zones strategy, and served as Finance Director for the Arizona State Treasurer’s Office, overseeing $15 billion in assets. He holds a Series 7 license, an undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara, and an MBA from the University of Arizona. He keeps our growth sustainable and our vision sharp.
