Known for building elegant Insulating Concrete Form (ICF) pools, Aaron has earned a reputation as a true industry leader. Aaron King
Aaron is the CEO of All3 Pools and an award-winning builder of ICF homes and pools, with a finance degree in real estate from Missouri State University and more than 100 pools built across the Midwest and Gulf Coast since he began using ICF in 2013–2014. He pioneered monopour ICF pool construction with standout projects like the Condor Infinity Edge Pool, Shaw Hollow Infinity-Edge Pool, and Dauphin Island Beach Pool, earning multiple top honors from ICF Builder Magazine and the People’s Choice Award at World of Concrete.
Eric Snell
Eric is our Chief Engineer, a Raikes School of Computer Science and Management graduate whose studies in computer science, engineering, applied math, and business led from early startup work and program management to building and leading fast-paced software teams. He went on to design and deploy high-speed trading algorithms for a Wall Street firm, then built sophisticated financial models and deal structures for private equity real estate and small-to-mid sized business leveraged buyouts, helping investors clarify decisions and turn around complex companies across the United States.
Patrick Quigley
Patrick as CFO has 25 years in financial due diligence, valuation, corporate finance, public-private partnerships, M&A, with experience across private and public markets, and he has led ventures from co-founding a Phoenix real estate firm to directing Opportunity Zones strategy for a Southwestern nonprofit. He served as Finance Director for the Arizona State Treasurer’s Office overseeing $15 billion in assets, founded an M&A advisory firm, improved private company performance in several roles, held a Series 7 license, and earned degrees from UC Santa Barbara and MBA from University of Arizona.
