Day 1. Intro Renolit, PVC Membranes, Equipment, Weld Types: Hands-On Welding

- Start-Up Equipment: From heat welders to roller tools—we’ll walk you through every piece of start-up gear you'll need. Learn what to buy, what to avoid, and how to set up for successful installations from day one.
- Weld Types: Learn the core weld types with expert instruction. You'll learn how to properly create overlap welds, corner details, T-joints, and more—all with real tools, real-time feedback, and plenty of hands-on practice.
- Site Visit: See excellence in action. We’ll take you to a completed RENOLIT project—an award-winning ICF pool installation—so you can see the craftsmanship, durability, and finish quality up close.
Day 2. Installation Geotextile Felt & Membrane: Hands-On Welding
- Pool Preperation: Success starts with proper prep. Learn how to assess the jobsite, prep the ICF shell, manage surface conditions, and ensure every step sets you up for a smooth and professional membrane installation.
- Measuring & Cutting: Precision matters. We'll teach you how to accurately measure, mark, and cut membrane pieces for a clean fit—reducing waste, speeding up installation, and setting up flawless welds from the start.
- Step-by-Step Felt Installation: Get it right from the base up. We’ll guide you through the precise process of felt installation—covering layout, adhesion methods, corners, curves, and overlaps—to create the perfect surface for welding.
- Step-by-Step Membrane Installation: This is where it all comes together. Learn how to measure, plan seams, place the membrane, and begin welding with confidence. From floors to walls to details like steps and corners, you’ll practice the proven RENOLIT installation method step by step.
Day 3. Estimating, Renovations & Retrofits: Hands-On Welding
- Estimating: Learn how to accurately calculate materials, labor, and costs for each project. Our practical approach helps you create competitive, profitable quotes with confidence—so you win jobs and protect your margins.
- Renovations & Retrofits: Not every pool is new construction. Discover the best techniques for renovating and retrofitting existing pools with RENOLIT membranes—handling tricky surfaces, repairs, and ensuring a durable, seamless finish.
Day 4. Implementing What You've Learned: Demo Pool Installation
