Element ICF by Logix, The Block We Build With
Element ICF is an insulated concrete form system manufactured by Logix. ICF blocks are hollow foam forms that stack together, get filled with concrete and rebar, and create a permanent, insulated concrete structure. The foam stays in place and becomes the insulation.
Element ICF is used for inground pools, residential homes and foundations, basement walls, retaining walls, and commercial construction. All3 Pools is both an authorized distributor and one of the most experienced ICF pool and home builders in the country. When you buy Element blocks from us, you get product knowledge that comes from building with them hundreds of times and great pricing.

Applications
Built for Any Structural Project
Inground Pools
ICF pool construction is what we are known for. Element blocks are the foundation of every Standard and Monopour Kit we sell. If you are building an ICF pool, we can supply just the blocks or a complete kit.
Residential Foundations
Stronger, more energy-efficient, and more moisture-resistant than traditional poured or block foundations. Element ICF homes and foundations are becoming the standard in high-performance home construction.
Retaining Walls
ICF retaining walls combine structural strength with built-in insulation. They are ideal for below-grade applications where moisture resistance matters. Size up the block core width and use your pool walls as structural retaining walls. This approach can eliminate the need for separate retaining structures and can save thousands when building a pool on a sloped backyard.
Commercial Projects
From plane hangars, paramedic stations, warehouses to multifamily and mixed-use buildings, Element ICF delivers speed of construction, energy efficiency, and superior fire rating in commercial applications.

Common Questions About Element ICF
There is no strict minimum, but shipping economics favor larger orders. For small quantities (under 50 blocks), local pickup may be more cost-effective than freight. Contact us and we will help you find the best option for your project size.
We stock the most common core widths: 6", 8", and 10". The 4" and 12" widths are available by special order with short lead times. For pool projects, 6" core is standard. For foundations and commercial work, 8" or 10" is typical.
Yes. We ship to all 48 contiguous states via flatbed or hotshot truck depending on order size. Freight cost is calculated based on your ship-to zip code and included in your quote. We coordinate all logistics and provide tracking.
For pool kit orders, we design the pool dimensions to work with standard ICF block sizes (16 inches by 4-feet). This minimizes the number of cuts required, speeds up installation, and helps prevent weak points when stacking blocks. For standalone block orders, we're happy to provide cutting guidance and layout recommendations based on your project dimensions so you can plan your build with confidence.
As an authorized distributor, our pricing is competitive with factory-direct pricing. In many cases, our stocking and logistics capabilities mean faster delivery at equal or better pricing, especially for orders that do not meet Logix minimum truckload requirements.
Yes. We are located in southwest Missouri and welcome local pickup. This eliminates freight cost entirely and is a great option if you are within driving distance. Contact us to schedule a pickup time.
