I Want to Build My Own Pool
You've done the research. You know ICF pools are stronger, more energy-efficient, and longer-lasting. Now you want to build one yourself - without needing a contractor's license or weeks of training. The Standard Kit comes with everything you need, plus a step-by-step guide that walks you through the entire process.
I'm a Contractor Adding ICF Pools
Your clients are asking about ICF pools. The Standard Kit lets you offer them without the complexity of a monopour build. Two-pour method, clear documentation, and direct access to our team when you have questions. Higher margins, no callbacks, less risk.
I Trained with All3 and I'm Ready
You've been through our training and you know the method. The Standard Kit is spec'd to match exactly what you learned - same materials, same systems, same support. Order with confidence.
Build Method
Two-Pour Build Method - Designed for Vinyl & PVC
The Standard Kit uses our proven two-pour system: pour the pool floor first, then stack the ICF walls and pour them separately. This creates a cold joint where floor meets wall - which is completely fine for vinyl liner and PVC membrane finishes because both are 100% waterproof on their own.
This method is:
- Less complex to execute (no monopour coordination needed)
- Faster to learn (120-page guide covers everything)
- Perfect for first-time builders
- Less materials used means cost savings to you
- The same method used by dozens of our trained contractors nationwide
The two-pour method isn't a shortcut. It's the right method for these finishes - designed for simplicity without sacrificing structural integrity.

Common Questions About the Standard Kit
Each kit is custom-designed to your pool's exact dimensions and features. It includes the components required to build a complete inground ICF pool. Your custom quote clearly outlines what's included before you move forward.
No - the Standard Kit is designed to be built with our 120-page illustrated guide. That said, many builders choose to attend our 3-day in-person training ($3,090/person) for hands-on experience before starting. It's not required, but if you want extra confidence, it's available.
The two-pour method means you pour the pool floor first, then stack the ICF walls and pour them separately. This creates a cold joint where floor meets wall. For vinyl liner and PVC membrane finishes, this is a non-issue - both finishes are 100% waterproof on their own. The two-pour method is less complex and a great entry point for first-time builders.
Concrete and rebar are heavy, inexpensive to source locally, and vary by region. Shipping them across the country would add unnecessary freight cost. We provide exact quantities needed in your quote so you can source locally at the best price. We'll advise you on what to order.
Most Standard Kit builds take 4-8 weeks from kit delivery to first swim, depending on weather, crew size, and local permit timelines. The actual construction work is a fraction of that - most of the time is spent on permits, excavation scheduling, and concrete cure times.
Absolutely. Our popular sizes (12'x24', 16'x32', 18'x36', 20'x40') are starting points. We custom-design every kit to your exact dimensions and feature set. Just tell us what you want and we'll spec it.
You'll need a permit in most jurisdictions. We provide a permit supplement document with your kit - it contains the technical specs and drawings most permit offices require. You'll also need a basic site sketch showing your pool location relative to your property lines and structures. We walk you through this.
Kits ship via hotshot truck directly to your location. Freight is quoted separately based on your address. Everything arrives organized and labeled - our warehouse team builds a packing manifest for every kit so you know exactly what's in each shipment.
